the organism

the missing layer of AI.

Everyone has AI. Almost nobody has the layer underneath it: the memory, coordination, governance, and tools that turn a pile of models into a company that remembers, decides, and carries work to done.

The invention is not the AI. It is the layer that owns and runs the AI.

An Agentic Cell is a role the organism owns, run by any AI model you can swap in. Paprika orchestrates; Sage keeps the database. Swap the model a cell runs on and the cell keeps its job. Most "agent" companies are one model's agent. These are not.

the microscope

One organism, at five levels of zoom.

Start at the whole company and drop one level at a time, down to a single rule the record enforces. Every page on this site lives on this scale.

All nine systems live at the System level. The four that add the missing layer, and the five that make it run. The rest of this page walks through them, one at a time.

the 9 systems

One organism, 9 systems.

The architecture is the organism's systems; the workers are the Agentic Cells. Open any system to see how it actually runs, with the receipts.
